Autodialer Recommendations?

Hello,

I am looking for an autodialer that will allow me to import a list of contacts and dial them automatically, one after the other.

I have a broadband connection so it would need to be a hosted solution or something like voip rather than traditional modem systems.

All I can seem to find is American systems or very expensive solutions that contain a majority of functions I do not require.
