Actinic software - any designers out there?

I am having trouble with my current designers. They are resellers of Actinic and agreed (for a fee) to tweak one of the basic templates. I am wondering if there is anyone of this forum capable of doing little jobs with Actinic? Jobs like adding a Tell A Friend button or Setting up the sitemap with the whole site, not just the shopping section.

As a webdesigner we had a client late last year who was having a similar problem. We helped him put his site right however the experience of working with actinic was not altogether great. I don't rate the software and would recommend against people using it.
