Hi,

We are based in Southend on sea and offer Lead generation/Customer service/telemarketing. We have 12 members of staff we handle inbound and outbound calls. All our staff are computer literarte and have various experience in customer serivce roles. Sorry i am new to the forum and do not understand what PM means.
