Hello friends,

Many one of my friends told me that buying products online are not of much good quality than buying yourself after check in showrooms. I am really very confused from the past few days that If it is right, then Why people prefer to buy products over the internet?

I know they are not fully correct, but I need some discussion on this topic to clear my all doubts.
Please help me to get correct answer regarding online shopping.

I prefer online as its easy. I can look around at prices of other retailers, and easily find the cheapest/most suitable for me.

I prefer it because I can take my time, compare prices/features, and don't have to get hot and bothered by being in a big crowd.

Because it is easier and quite often cheaper. I also don't get soaked wet through like i did yesterday walking around town lol

Online shopping is definitely convenient and sometimes a lot cheaper. A lot of things look better on the internet than they do once we receive them.

I think your statement is too general. If one was to apportion all ones spendable money - on line spoend would be low. There are lots of things one cannot buy on the web - eg petrol,

It all depends on what I'm buying. The major element of my spend is off line - it is only on the odd occasiion I buy on line - generally for low cost items where the risk is low and I know what I am buying - eg branded goods.

You have far more choice.
It's great for hard to get items.
Cheaper.
You can shop at 1 in the morning if you wish.
For big items you don't have to have a van to get them.
Buy from other countries.
No que's
No rain.
You can shop in your pyjamas.
If you are disabled / have young children etc internet is wonderfull.
and the list can go on......

I think that in this day in age online shopping is convenient - you can do it 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So many people these days do not have the time or inclination to trail rounds shops for hours on end!

I hate shopping! Well not shopping just other shoppers!

But i wouldn't buy my food shopping online - i like to be able to pick the best fruit and veg etc and wouldn't want someone doing that for me!

I buy clothes online, if they don't fit i can send them back! I never try on in the shops anyway so its the same difference for me.

I wouldn't buy something large from the internet though - like a sofa or car - i think somethings you need to "feel" before buying!

Shopping online is a new start market. There are some reasons people prefer to it:
1) Cheap price.
The shop online doesnt need so many charges like rent fee, decorating charges and so on.
2) You can buy any product you want online. Because there is no national boundaries for internet.
3) The product quality improve fastly with the internet credit system improving. For example, IPOD, MOTOROLA and so on these famous brand products can be purchased online.

I find that in many cases the online shop has more product informaton than the staff has!

It can be cheaper
it is a better use of your time rather than looking for parking,
paying for parking can be expensive
walking to an unknown number of shops
waiting
dealing with staff that could not care about the product and even less about you
finding out that they dont have it anyway
Delivery might be £20 for big items, but you don't have to hire a van or beg a favour from a friend of a friend
it's open 24/7 (well usually)
You dont have to lie in public when your wife asks does my bum look big in this. You can safely say yes at home without anyone hearing the response.

The down side is you can't haggle over the price.
