Desktop Publishing Training

Is there a market for going into SME's to give desktop publishing training. The end result being more able to better market and advertise their services?

Possibly. It depends on what software is most poular.

InDesign wipes the floor with MS Publisher. However, more small businesses will use Publisher or perhaps CorelDraw, due to lower costs and being arguably easier to use.

Therefore it may be prudent to get up to speed with as many apps as possible. Do you have the time and inclination to do this?

It may help to look into getting some sort of acccreditation from MS and Adobe. It means studying and exams I'm afraid. However, it could make you that bit more credible and make you look even more of an expert.
