VAT do we chagre onto customer??

If my company buys a product/service from a non vat registered company to resell onto our customer, and we are a vat registered company, do we then charge vat to the customer?

Yes, unless the product/service itself is exempt.

And there are some special schemes for second hand goods where you only account for VAT on the margin, but these don't apply to new goods. It also means that you can't issue a VAT invoice to your customer.
