Selling to Europe

We've had a dramatic increase in European sales over the last few months and we haven't done any marketing at all.

Anyone have any idea how to run a successful marketing campaign. I was thinking google adds would be a good place to start but my French, Italian, German and Spanish aint too good!

Is it best to just have the adds in English and hope they understand? Does anyone have any experience of this or know of any specialist marketing firms?

Wavecrest is correct with Google Ads you can target both the geographic location that your campaign will target as well as the Google's perceeption of what language is being used.
