What in your experience/opinion is the most common training service that is needed by people running small businesses?
Here are a few ideas. Are there any others?

IMHO Everyone has their different strengths and weaknesses and need a bit of each of the above..
I would add Sales to the list maybe?

I think marketing and customer service. Business owners probably know alot about their product and can deal with problems etc but may not have the skills to put this across or come across as knowing about their business.
Also then they may have problems getting customersand need marketing advice to find the best way.

Small businesses usually need marketing help. Very few know how to market themselves effectively. This can be done with very little cost if you approach it the right way.
Sales training is often important. Some small business owners are sometimes great evangelists for their products but others are often so close to their products that they cannot see the customers point of view.
Business management is also important. Many small businesses have the enthusiasm and flexibility but don't have the management skills, especially when they start to employ others.
