If you've got the money, then you can buy a list of people with CCJs from HMCS as it is public information, however it costs a lot of money.

What is your budget?

To follow on from LowcostPR, there are a ton of places that offer these leads.

I suspect you know this, so the question is: why aren't you using them? Is there some restriction that you're not telling us about.

(e.g. you're not willing to pay the going price for the leads from lead brokers)

Also, what are you doing to get leads right now? What can be improved in those processes?

depends a lot on what you want to pay, do you want leads or hot keyed? whats the criteria? on what basis are they paid on?

I can get you around 10-15 per day if you can come up a decent package.

You can buy leads from equifax and experian starting from 10p per lead, you can select the demographics with them i for example age, wage bracket, locality. credit rating. You will spend time and money sending letters, ringing which is what a lead gen company would do as on-line marketing.

The criteria we usually look for and like I say this is just a rough guidance.
The client needs to have two or more debts.
Have a disposable income of at least £150.
Preferably be employed.

With regards to the volume you could offer that depends on the delivery system you could offer for instance we are currently agreeing five to ten clients a day via hot key lead but are always open to different formats.

pm me with the full criteria i.e minimum debts, age, your company name etc and the price you will pay for hot transfers and on what basis and we can maybe do some business.

Please dont ask for a free test as a refusal often offends :)

Why are these your criteria?

Just curious, as does this mean you will turn away someone on benefits, or on a lower DI?

The only reason I ask is that if you are turning away people with a lower DI, then you are turning away a huge client base.
