question about websites

Just wondering do people ever have music on their website so when you are browsing you get sound?

Or is that a naff thing that people dont want and dosent happen?:eek:

unless your site is specific to music its best to avoid like the plague to be honest. Its something that people used to use back in the 90's on Geocities free hosting sites and the like. Unless its entirely necesary dont do it.

if you're ever using anything that's invasive to the users browser make sure they have easy access to control it / close it.

but like ibox said, it's not the 90s. keep it relevant.

HI Jane,

Avoid music but videos are really good, we have just done some based on a recent webinar we did with British Telecom and used our web agency (e-motion -strongly reccomend them!) to put them on the site and re-edit them etc. We have had a great response...let me know if you want their details
