Football Tournament Sponsorship Opputunities.

I have posted about this before on the forum, But Eastbourne Borough Supporters team are having a tournament in the summer (july 12th) and we are looking for sponsors.

I know its not the greatest of times to be asking about this but we are not asking for loads of money.

We will be asking for £50 per sponsor.

For this you will get :

- We would advertise your company on our website.
- We would let you have a stall to advertise your company at the tournament.
- We would advertise your company in the Tournament Programme.
- We would advertise your company on posters/flyers.

If there would be anything else you would like us to do to help advertise your company we would definatly see what we can do for you.

We also have some advert spaces in our programme, If anyone is interested it will be £25 per space, they will be half page adverts.

I saw your post on the forums and may be interested in advertising in your tournament programme. Can you let me have some details of how many teams you have playing in the tournament and how many copies of the programme you expect to be distributing.

My involvment with sports leagues and tournaments is based around my software program called The Sports Organiser (http://www.thesportsorganiser.com) and I am always looking for ways to spread the word about the software.

We have 7 spaces for advertisement in the programme. £25 each.

we are looking for Sponsors for the tournament at £50 per sponsor, or a main sponsor at £200.

A Main Sponsor will get :


A Whole Page Ad In The Programme
The Company/Business name on the front cover of the programme.
Their Name Printed on the Winners Cup.
They will be offered a stall at the tournament to try and promote their company.
Advertisement on our Posters and Flyers leading up to the tournament.
A whole page dedicated to the Sponsor on the Tournament website.
We would have Flyers and Leaflets around the tournament advertising your company/business.

Please be aware their is only one place for a Main Sponsor so it is First Come First Server.

A normal sponsor (£50) will receive :

Half page advert in the tournament programme
Offered a stall at the tournament to try and promote their company/business.
A logo from their company/business on the Tournament website.
Small Flyers and Posters on Show in the Main Tournament Tent.

We are also looking for just programme sponsors for £20 per sponsor, this would include a full A5 page ad in the tournament programme.

So we have:

Main Tournament Sponsor £200
Normal Sponsor £50
Programme Advert £25
