It’s 140 pages long and I have to admit just skimming through it, without reading and digesting it properly. Thought it would be worth opening up for debate.

It's kind of ironic it's 140 pages, I think we could all have summed up "Paying for the Credit Crunch" in a paragraph or possibly even one line. ;) Of course it would have one or two expletives lol.
