Hi
I need a book keeper who:
- can do just 1/2 a day a month at our site - hammersmith
- can do books on a simple accounting system that i can access and understand in between their visits (maybe not Sage)
- is in the right location - London - West if poss.
- has resonable rates
- has experience with charities (gift aid etc)
thank you so much,
any suggestions are gratefully received - if you are a book keeper or if you know of a good one in London
thanks
Hilary

Hi Hilary
I've seen your other post as well as this one.
Does your bookkeeper need to be local? our firm has extensive experience with charities. We are based in Shropshire but can work remotely and can recommend software whereby we can both access the records easily over the internet.
If this is a possibility for you please send me a Pm with your full requirements and I can let you have an initial quote.

Hi Hilary
I offer a remote bookkeeping service. I am based in Bingley, West Yorkshire. My office is set up with all the necessary computers for working remotely (as the other part of our Limited Company business is IT related). Please PM me if you would like to know more information including my current rates.
Thanks
Alison

Hi Hilary,
Are you open to a remote bookkeeper ? We use a very simple online accounts package and our accountant (my business partner) is based in W1.
I'll PM some rates through to you.

Does your charity have restricted funds, designated funds etc?
If so, I am afraid that you will more than likely end up with Sage as the only viable option.

I didn't either. Did not realise there were many people from Yorkshire area on this forum (majority being Londons and Midlands).
