Hi mates,
I want to start my trading business in close future. I will trade in EU and at beginning I will register as a sole trader. I read some about VAT in EU, but I can't find about non - register sellers in EU. I don't want register for VAT at start. Do I have to pay VAT? Can I give my customers invoice when I'm not registered?

You do not have to register for vat as long as you are not above the threshold.

You can give an invoice to your customers.

But you do not charge vat and the invoice will not show vat.

Is this what you mean - it is a bit difficult to follow your post.

Just to add to Elaine's post: depending on the details of your transactions, you might be required to look at the VAT registration threshold in the country in which are making the supplies. This can be much, much lower than the UK's £67k threshold.

Thank you very much for help.
I think this is it.
I have another question. :)
Can I give my customer invoice before i register as sole trader ( do it later in first 3 months of trading ).

Why put off registering? You can invoice your customer without but remember there is a penalty for late registration.
