Hi everyone.
My name is Dylan Sunter, and i'm Managing Director of IT Direct UK ltd. We provide IT solutions and services to small businesses in Leeds and West Yorkshire...Thats my shameless plug over with!!!
My main area of interest here is to increase visability for the company, find innovative ways of winning new business and looking for partners interested in promoting synergy.

Good idea this business Dylan. It's something many businesses need but many seem to prefer spending days or even weeks trying to correct problems themselves. I'll definitely be in touch as I have few issues I'm baffled about and could do with some "real" advice. I.e. not from some clueless chump or call centre in Delhi.

Having now just looked through your website albeit briefly, your service is one that I would love to recommend to anyone. Your goal is a bit of a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) but if you can deliver I don't see why you couldn't go a long way to achieving it.

Hi Al.
We are actually based in Leeds/Yorkshire and this is where we provide our consultancy services, however we will be expanding in the future to cover other areas, mainly in the north of England and the midlands. The main reason we deal with this area only is that we want to be able to respond quickly to our clients.
We utilise both remote access service and telephone/email support to help our clients, as well as of course being available onsite quickly when needed...We have found that by positioning locally we are much better placed to give our clients the best level of support possible.
I'm certain we could help you out with your system(s). Our goal is to help take the "I" out out "IT".....instead of you fighing with it, you can let us deal with it for you!. Of course, this realise that this leaves "T", which is great, so you can go off and have a cuppa whilst we solve your problems for you!
We cover the following areas:
Leeds, York, Harrogate, Wakefield, Bradford, Wetherby, Huddersfield.

Glad you liked the site Alan. As for it being a BHAG, I would hope that it becomes more of a BAML (business achieving market leadership)!
we currently provide total IT Solutions for a number of excellent clients and we are growing all the time... our clients like our approach because we have achieved a good balance between a small, personal business and an top agency able to provide the best level of support.
Because we tend to target the local geographic region, we can respond quickly to our clients, and the personal touch means an awful lot to them. Some have even taken up our services even though they are currently tied into contracts with other IT providers, simply because we have a CAN DO attitude.
However, we have experienced and knowledgable staff who are encouraged to spend at least 1 day a week in targetted training. This makes sure we are vastly advanced from the usual sole trader who provides "IT consultancy".
