Difficult subject to market...needle & syringe clearing

Hi all

Im stuck! We offer a needle and clearance service (fully trained, fully insured) but our local council employ their own people to go and clear needles from both council and private land so a big area of potential business is untouchable.


I've tried contacting housing associations and pubs....but no joy. I know its specialised, but has anyone on here got experience of trying to market a similar service and if so, what worked? All ideas welcomed.

Recently sent a press release to local papers tying in the business's 10th birthday with the new service. Waiting to hear back.

Have you tried privately-run care homes, residential homes, nursing homes, etc.?

As this is quite specialist you may need to change how you promote the service. Do you currently have clients? If so why not offer to show prospective customers what you do at other places, perhaps make a professional-looking video.
