Assuming your asking for domain selection, hosting, design and SEO of your new website, can only suggest that you search these forums for ideas, hints and tips and use Google to answer some more basic questions

for quick good looking sites go to moonfruit.com, these are flash template sites, but are really code heavy. They may not optimize well if you have a lot of competition, but if in a small niche they will be fine.
