Forgive the flippancy, but you should try the cabinet office at number 10 Downing Street.

Once you've cleared that out, move onto the House Of Commons in Parliament Square. Plenty of old relics there as well.

People advertise for scrap, you should do that, rather than paying a scrap man for the priviledge of finding the scrap for you and taking all the profit out of it for you.
