The wife "I'm off to bed, I hate that man", she said. No idea why, might be worth watching.

Good show. Makes you think If you strive for things in life you can go as far as you dare.
Also shows that behind a great man is a great woman :)

Quite enjoyed watching that. Never really taken an interest in or read about Richard Branson before, and found him quite a inspiring person.

I would recommend his book: "losing my virginity" was the one I read.
It contains a lot of interesting stuff, but I would recommend skipping all of his hot air balloon tales etc - the first one was a waste of time so I skipped the rest. Unless thats what your into of course...

Sort of losing respect for Branson these days. He seems to keep 'considering' to buy high profile outfits and then dropping out - press stunt. Although I guess that makes him a marketing genius...
Unfortunately he did it with Concord(e) that I would dearly love to have been saved and now my favorite F1 team as well!
So yea... I'll find it on ITV's site to watch! Give the fella one last chance ;)

I have previously read his Losing my Virginity biography and really enjoyed it, and I have also read a couple of his business books which were good .. only problem is once you have read a couple the rest are much of the same.
I watched his intervoew last night as we recorded it, and I really enjoyed it. He either has a great PR team, or his truly one of the good guys come good. He has taken some fundamental risks to get to where he is but seems like the kind of guy who could fall in **** and come out smelling of roses.
I admire him, it's difficult not to.

Agree with David about the book - interesting but I ended up skipping the hot air balloon stuff. I'm sure this has some sort of risk-taking methaphor in it, but I'm just not buying into it.
I thought the interview was quite bland, thought that Peirs Morgan was brilliant last week and he just seemed to want to try and make something of Branson's tax dodging with Virgin Records. Thought Branson was great at tollerating Peirs... You could tell he was just thinking "Shut up you plonker".
