If you are a member of any of the professional bodies they will normally supply them - I have them on CD from the ACCA.
If not this may help -

I had a feeling the AAT used to have them on their website but I had a quick search and couldnt find anything.

If you are a member of the ICB, they have one you can use.
Email me at jasondormer@seahorseuk.co.uk and I can provide you with one tailored to the services required and type of client.

Looks like it's now in the MiP private area.
That said, it's a good (if lengthy) engagement letter which covers most things.
If you want a copy, PM me your email address.

The sample AAT letter is the same one that was freely available before, it's good but needs tweaking for individual use.

We charge £30.00 plus VAT for a set of 34. These cover limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, directors, landlords etc and are tailored towards each type of entity with each variation of service requirement (payroll, VAT, bookkeeeping, financial accounts, corporation tax etc)
The prof body ones are all well and good but we try to cover more commercial situations such as responsibility for dividend paperwork, missed meetings, full charging detail, annual returns, limitation of liability, complaints procedure and many other situations facing the accounting firm.
The letters will be ready next week, if interested please contact me or Zöe (Simpson) at the Seahorse email address.
