Good Evening. I am looking at selling gift sets online comprising of a dozen cupcakes and also certain gifts, ie teddy bears, coffees, teas, etc. As part of this I would like to include a small bottle of champage in some of the sets but I am uncertain if I need any sort of licences to do this. Please can anybody help. Thank you

I think you do need to be licensed, yes.
